Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit that will be re-shipped for free.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at Plushiesandco@hotmail.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available at that exact moment, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
If the delivery was declared as successful delivered, we cannot give you a refund. Stolen packages must be declared
Lost or Stolen Packages
Upon inquiry, Plushiesandco will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate, if lost or package got returned to us, we will send you a replacement.
Only orders that hasn't been shipped is eligible for cancelling (we usually ship out 10 hours after your order has been placed) If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order. If you need to cancel an order, please e-mail us in the next 24 hours of purchase, otherwhise, your refund may not be possible.
